Tanzeel-ul-Rehman is a senior capital markets professional with nearly two decades of experience in securities brokerage, stock exchange operations, financial risk management, regulatory compliance, digital transformation and business strategy.

He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of JS Global Capital Limited, where he provides executive leadership across operations, strategy, risk management, compliance, technology and business transformation, while working closely with the Board and senior management on governance and business performance.

Previously, he spent more than a decade with the Pakistan Stock Exchange, where he progressed to Head – Stock Market Trading & Member Affairs, gaining extensive experience in exchange operations, market surveillance, risk management, clearing and settlement, regulatory matters and market infrastructure.

He holds an MBA and BBA in Finance from SZABIST and brings to the Board extensive expertise in capital markets, governance, risk management, regulatory affairs, strategy and digital transformation.

Mr. Kamran Arshad Inam completed his Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from NED University of Engineering & Technology in 1996 and subsequently earned an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi, in 2001.

Mr. Kamran, started working for ENAR Petrotech in 1996 followed by a stint in Indus Motor. He also worked in Shahbaz Garments who are owned by Midas Safety a Canadian-based group. He was responsible for the gloves and chemical division from Pakistan, Dubai and Srilanka and was partially based in all three locations during 1998 to 2003.

He joined EFU in risk management department in 2003 and later on got involved with Property and Engineering department as well. He has been leading the Property and Risk Management department since 2012. He was promoted as Deputy Managing Director (Technical) in 2019 and was responsible for all the technical departments of the Company as well as the branch network across the Country and in December 2021, he was promoted as Joint Managing Director. He became Managing Director in July 2023.

He was elected at IAP’s Executive Committee as Vice Chairman in 2019. Prior to this, he had been the head of the Property Committee at the IAP.

He was involved in major infrastructure and industrial projects mainly driven by International Lenders in addition to all number of CPEC and lender driven projects since 2014.

Syed Ali Hasham is serving on board since October,2019. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from University of Karachi.

He has more than seven years of experience in the fields of finance, taxation, auditing, internal control evaluation, and corporate affairs. Before joining JSCL, he was associated with Deloitte Yousuf Adil, a member firm of Deloitte and had experience working in Pakistan and Qatar. During his association with the firm, he was involved in various statutory audits and special assignments relating to DFI & commercial bank, Non-Banking Finance Companies, mutual funds, retail and aviation sectors.
