Mrs. Mahvash J. Siddiqui, Chairperson

Mahvash Siddiqui is an educationist. She was Professor of English Literature, and Head of the English Department, for over twenty years at a number of Government colleges in Pakistan. She supports a number of philanthropic causes.

Mr. Ali Raza Siddiqui CEO/ Director

Mr. Siddiqui is a consultant to JS Private Equity. From 2005-2010, he was an Executive Director at JS Investments Limited. Previously, he was Assistant Vice President at AIM Investments in Houston, a wholly-owned subsidiary of INVESCO plc. (formerly known as AMVESCAP Plc). At AIM, Mr. Siddiqui was part of a 5-person team responsible for the management of USD 60 billion in fixed income assets.

Mr. Siddiqui holds a Bachelors Degree from Cornell University with double majors in Economics and Government.

Mr. Imran Haleem Shaikh

Mr. Imran has been associated with the JS Group on various senior management positions since 2006 and is presently serving as Chief of Staff at JS Bank Limited. Mr Shaikh is BBA (Hons) from Institute of Business Management. Mr. Imran Shaikh also served as Director of the Foundation during 2011-2013.

Mr. Asad Nasir

Mr. Asad Nasir is serving on board since October, 2019. He is an Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales (ICAEW) and holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting & Finance from University of Hull, UK.

He has 20 years of diversified financial services experience including Private Equity, Corporate Finance Advisory, Capital Market Advisory, Transaction Services and Audit.

Mr. Asad currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer for JS Private Equity. Prior to this he was Head, Corporate Finance at JS Global Capital, a leading Pakistani securities brokerage and investment banking firm. Mr. Asad commenced his professional career with Deloitte & Touche, London working as part of the audit & assurance and corporate finance teams.

Syed Ali Hasham

Syed Ali Hasham is serving on board since October,2019. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from University of Karachi.

He has more than seven years of experience in the fields of finance, taxation, auditing, internal control evaluation, and corporate affairs. Before joining JSCL, he was associated with Deloitte Yousuf Adil, a member firm of Deloitte and had experience working in Pakistan and Qatar. During his association with the firm, he was involved in various statutory audits and special assignments relating to DFI & commercial bank, Non-Banking Finance Companies, mutual funds, retail and aviation sectors.

Mr. Muhammad Khawar Iqbal

Mr. Muhammad Khawar Iqbal is serving on board since October,2019. With over 25 years of diversified experience, He is a “Director Finance & Company Secretary” in JS Investments Limited, where he joined in May 2005 as Manager Finance.

He also served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company from 2012 to 2019.

Throughout his career Mr. Iqbal has implemented a system of continuous review and introduced changes to bring in efficiencies, simplifications and improvement in the overall quality of his departmental deliverables. . His role encompasses a wide range of matters ranging from financial management, reporting, internal control, compliance with laws applicable to the Company and other secretarial matters. Mr. Khawar holds Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics.

Mr. Jamil Ahmed Memon

Mr. Jamil Ahmed Memon is serving on board since October,2019. He is a Head of Administration and CSR in JS Bank from March 2019 till date. Presently he is involved in planning and co coordinating administrative procedures and device ways to streamline processes. He Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.

Previously he was Head of field Operations at Mahvash and Jahangir Siddiqui Foundation. He has total experience of 20 years.
