Mrs. Mahvash J. Siddiqui, Chairperson

Mahvash Siddiqui is an educationist. She was Professor of English Literature, and Head of the English Department, for over twenty years at a number of Government colleges in Pakistan. She supports a number of philanthropic causes.

Mr. Ali Raza Siddiqui CEO/ Director

Mr. Siddiqui is a consultant to JS Private Equity. From 2005-2010, he was an Executive Director at JS Investments Limited. Previously, he was Assistant Vice President at AIM Investments in Houston, a wholly-owned subsidiary of INVESCO plc. (formerly known as AMVESCAP Plc). At AIM, Mr. Siddiqui was part of a 5-person team responsible for the management of USD 60 billion in fixed income assets.

Mr. Siddiqui holds a Bachelors Degree from Cornell University with double majors in Economics and Government. He is a Director of Pakistan International Container Terminals Limited.

Mrs. Saira Siddiqui

Saira has served as a Director at the Mahvash and Jahangir Siddiqui Foundation (MJSF) since 2008.

At MJSF, Saira leads the team which formulates the strategy and vision of the foundation. She campaigns for the causes the organization supports and facilitates relationships with key partners within MJSF's mandate area's. Saira is also responsible for introducing innovative initiatives and co-funding campaigns for MJSF's activities in times where the foundation is a direct responder during disasters and humanitarian crises.

Saira advocates for the organization and leads fundraising efforts which raises the platform and awareness of MJSF on a global level. She is a teacher by profession, has a deep commitment to education and believes every child has the right to a free and quality education which enables them to develop their personality, talents and ability to the full. From 2005 to 2007, Saira taught as a remedial tutor catering specially to the needs of dyslexic children. Prior to 2005, she taught at Jeddah Prep Grammar School in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where she introduced the Montessori method into the Nursery department.

Saira holds a BA in Early Childhood Education. In 2002, she received a Diploma from the Association Montessori International and in 2005 she qualified as a Read-Hornsby Diploma holder, qualifying her to work with dyslexic individuals. .

Mrs. Asma Rahman

Ms. Asma has served as a director at mahvash and Jahangir Siddiqui Foundation since 2013. She holds a MA Hospitality Management from the United States of America.

Mr. Khalid Imran

Mr. Khalid Imran has over 40 years of diversified banking experience in Pakistani and foreign banks. He started his career with BCCI, where he worked for 16 years in different capacities. He was Joint General Manager of BCCI Middle East Region. He then worked for Commercial Bank of Dubai PJSC. On his return to Pakistan in 1991, he was a member of the core team which he established Prime Commercial Bank Limited. He served Prime Bank in the capacity of Senior Executive Vice President and continued with Prime Bank through its acquisition by and merger into ABN Amro Bank in Pakistan and the subsequent acquisition of ABN Amro Bank in Pakistan by Royal Bank of Scotland. He joined JS Bank in 2012 and server as its president and CEO from July 2013 to July, 2018. He received his BBA (Hons) and MBA from Karachi University.

Mr. Suleman Lalani

Mr. Suleman Lalani joined Jahangir Siddiqui & Co. Ltd. ("JSCL") on March 1, 2012 as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining JSCL he was Executive Director Finance & Operations and Company Secretary of JS Investments Limited where he served as CFO and Company Secretary for seven years.

Mr. Lalani started his career with JSCL in 1992 where he worked for over eight years. In year 2000 he was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer of Jahangir Siddiqui Investment Bank Limited, a subsidiary of JSCL. In January 2002 he joined The First MicroFinance Bank Limited as its Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.

Mr. Lalani is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector. He has also completed the Board Development Series Certificate Program conducted by the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.

Mr. Lalani also serves as a Director on the Board of the Jahangir Siddiqui & Company Limited, JS Investments Limited and Al-Abbas Sugar Mills Limited

Mr. Imran Haleem Shaikh

Mr. Imran has been associated with the JS Group on various senior management positions since 2006 and is presently serving as Chief of Staff at JS Bank Limited. Mr Shaikh is BBA (Hons) from Institute of Business Management. Mr. Imran Shaikh also served as Director of the Foundation during 2011-2013.
